4. Manual measurement may differ by 1-3cm.

5. **Washing Tip**: Avoid machine wash. For minor stains, spot-clean with a damp cloth. If full cleaning is needed, soak in cold water with gentle detergent and hand-wash lightly. Do not tumble dry or expose to strong sunlight. Iron if needed.

RETURN & REFUND INFO

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.

We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If any returned item is soiled or damaged by the buyers, it will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the package, KONLUN will determine if the returned product is in as-new condition. No return will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the buyers, this use and damage rendering the product unsuitable for sale.
The buyers may not demand any type of compensation or refund eligibility.


Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the production arrive damaged or defective, certainly, we will not send out products with major quality problems). Warm reminder: The return shipping fee is within $50, and it is borne by the buyer. If the return shipping fee exceeds $50, the seller will bear the fees beyond $50 (for example, the return shipping fee is $60, then the buyer needs to bear $50 and the seller bears $10).
We recommend you to use a tracking service.

To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number and reason for return via email to woyo@konlun.com. The email must contain the following:

Title: “Product return”
Order number
The buyers’s last name
Delivery address
Email address associated with the order

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyers is advised to take care of the packaging and to protect the product well enough so that it does not get damaged during transportation.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please notes:

For orders with self-pickup selected by buyers, please be advised: Upon the parcel's arrival at the designated pickup point and the logistics company notification to the buyers, it is the buyers's responsibility to collect the package within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to collect the package within the specified period will result in a return.

In such cases, buyers will be liable for the reshipping costs incurred. We strongly encourage buyers to closely monitor their delivery notifications and promptly pick up their packages to avoid unnecessary shipping fees and return issues. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
